Joy is terrific. We used two other LBI realtors in the past with no results. Joy was much more proactive. She offered us in depth suggestions on exactly what we needed to do to make our home more marketable. She, herself, with another skilled decorator/stager spent an entire day staging our home, moving furniture, taking down artwork and labeling all items that we needed to move to storage. She truly partnered with us and went all out to help promote the sale of our home.
