We are a family run insurance agency that has been operating for 70 years and three generations. Our goal has always been to provide a quality insurance product coupled with a personal touch that customers will value. We represent a number of carriers in order to provide multiple options for personal and commercial insurance.

Condominium owners face a unique insurance situation. Their insurance coverage needs typically exceed those of renters but aren't quite the same as owners of single-family homes. They do have good customer service, and they are generally cheaper than the big box insurance company's, however you can get better prices with better customer service elsewhere..... I'm not perfect and made a $5.00 mistake with one of their providers, Dempsey tried raking me over the coals, I'm glad that they did, I've saved approximately $100.00 a year since I left them.

You'll be hard pressed to find better than the care & quality of service that Dempsey Insurance provides. Long standing family business who responds quickly and kindly to all inquiries. Easily accessible locally and also by commuter rail. My family has been with them for decades and I cannot provide enough positive accolades.

My family has used Dempsey Insurance for years. I recently had to go through a complicated transaction with registrations and the RMV and new insurance. I would have been lost without Derek's help! He was amazingly helpful and helped me understand the process at the RMV and how it linked up with car insurance. He was so prompt in his email responses and helpful over the phone. Elaine has always been there for me when I have the unfortunate need to talk to my car insurance agent. Love this place for the friendliness of the staff and how they really care about what is going on and how to treat the situation in the right way. I will always recommend people to Dempsey for the sheer fact that they are kind, fair and caring. I have never been given the runaround by them and I have never been unsatisfied with my service. I have had Dempsey as an insurance agent for 7 years now. The positives they will work with you for down payment to get started, they will communicate through email, mail, Or phone. They have an organized system, and I think everyone there with their name on the company are actually really good workers. My only complaint which I have had recently is with their claims department. My car was struck by someone who ran a stop sign 3 weeks ago and my agent hasn't been their to help at all. I didn't have rental on my policy so I expected a little inconvenience but I thought was agent was there

I just bought my first car in 8 years (first one in Boston) and let me say Susan at Dempsey Insurance was fantastic. She helped me figure out how to get the lowest rate, dealt with the a-hole car dealership, and was professional as well as kind. Don't be put off by the fact that they're in Norwood: it's 20 minutes on the commuter rail at the Norwood Depot stop on the Franklin line (didn't have the car yet when we went to see her!).
As a side note, I also called Liberty Mutual and was not only put off by the sleazy insurance salesman, but they quoted me almost $900 more
