Plenty of brokers/realtors call me trying to buy my property in riverside. But this is the first time I've encountered someone as unprofessional as Tom Kadar. He didn't like what I had to say so he resorts to looking up my personal information to "kill time". Careful using this so called "professional". Apparently he makes way too much money to care

Tom has been a pleasure to work with on finding a new office in Corona del Mar on East Coast Highway. I would describe Tom as pleasantly down to earth and low key, knowledgable, approachable, personable, experienced and honest in his profession.
Tom has maintained open lines of communication, been very forthright and easy to work with... which is more than I can say about several commercial realtor/brokers I have had the unfortunate circumstance of signing apparently useless leases with over the past year.
I am fairly certain that this will be an ongoing relationship, which to a budding attorney

I highly recommend Tom if you're looking to sell or get into an new home. He is reliable and always takes extra time to take care of your needs. I thought buying my first condo would be stressful but Tom really helped me find the right place within my budget. I couldn't be happier! Thanks again for everything!
