I came in because I had a ring with a loose center stone and prongs that needed tightening. A nice gentleman at Grand Jewelry Repair fixed it in front of me and didn’t charge me! I was floored because I had taken the ring to another local jeweler—that jeweler took a week to do the work, charged me a (modest) fee, and didn’t actually fix the problem. In the future I’ll be going here for all my jewelry repair needs.
