Went here the other day with a watch I had purchased that I was not able to change the date on. The man who helped me was kind, and knowledgeable. In 5 minutes he had fixed it, he said that they sometimes get stuck, and he didn't charge me anything! Very positive experience, made my day, in fact. I'll be going back if I have more repairs or watch related issues. Thank you Mr. Kim.

Said would be done in 10-11 minutes and she was done in 5 minutes although she set the watch an hour ahead though I did not request that she set the watch's time

Came to get my engagement resized, it was rose gold and they were more than willing to work with it. Had to get it resized twice and they were so sweet and informative and wanted to do whatever they could to help with my ring! I can’t recommend Kim’s enough!!!!

I go here at least once a month for purchase or because Mr. Chang is working on a few of my pieces. Customer service here is top notch and the quality of their work is as well. Their watches are very fairly priced and the discount is even more generous for return customers.

Love this place! They've helped me repair jewelry three times now, and each time the price was reasonable and the service fast (fixed within 15-20 minutes). The couple who works there is friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend Kim's!

The couple at Kim's Watch and Repair are extremely sweet and down-to-earth, very open to working with you to find a solution. I went in looking to transfer a stone from a pendant to a ring setting. He did it beautifully and at a most reasonable price! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! This kind of sweetness and competence is a rare find these days and must be supported. Stop on in, you won't be disappointed!
