Heritage managed my rental for 8 years and just recently sold it. My experience with them has been nothing but outstanding. They provide a great and friendly service.

This is the second house we have bought with assistance from Heritage Realtors. We also now have three residential rental properties that is managed by them. Since working with them we have found them very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and able. Bill, Sona and Jean have really been helpful with the recent selling and buying of a replacement property. Bill set up the 1031 process which was more difficult due to selling of a property out of state and buying a new in-state. Terrible experience. The house was dirty when I moved in and they charged me to clean it when I left. It was cleaner then when I moved in. Who charges $350 to wipe cabinets out (that were already cleaned out), replace 3 light bulbs, and clean a chair rail. Terrible experience. They also opened my mail. I will never use this company!

Giving one star as zero is not an option. We are a military family and started with Heritage before it's current ownership - yes over 10 years ago. At that time it was a very different company and we are no longer using Heritage Realtors. Customer service is abysmal. Possibly the worst business ever and I am writing this review because I believe it is helpful to know so you can look elsewhere for property management.

This place is absolutely horrible. My ac has not been working right for the past three days and when I call to confront them about the problem the guy who runs the place Mr. Bill literally said there is nothing he can do and hung up on me. This isn't the only problem I have had with them. The master bedroom bath was broken for over a year before they fixed it witch they said would be fixed a few weeks after move in. The kitchen cabinets are still not fix and Iv been asking them for almost 6 months now and has failed to do that. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
