I have worked with almost every Real Estate company in Visalia and can confidently tell you that Land Realty is one of the best. They are not big and fancy, they don't have bells and whistles or use marketing gimmicks....but they do have have integrity, years of experience and knowledge, plus a powerful team that is results driven.
They are truly client focused throughout the escrow process. I found them to have a very strong grasp of market analytics compared to other brokers. Having solid market information makes the negotiating process much more comfortable.
