Unit dose packaging enables individuals to maintain medication regimens accurately and conveniently. Through the use of unit dose packaging, pills and capsules are parceled in perforated blister packs.

Clozapine and Clozaril are antipsychotic prescription products used in the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. I started coming here because of Ali, who was a true Angel and delightful human beloved by many. I've noticed a lot of significant changes here over the last year or so. Including some serious price changes that seem shady to me. I recently got a medication that they charged me $39 for which -- ok fine-- but then I opened it up and it had a price tag on it from ANOTHER PHARMACY for $14.99. And then I had another item to fill and they just didn't fill it until I asked for it and charged me a huge markup for it too once they finally filled it. (??) And no one was wearing a mask in there

Please support this pharmacy if you care at all about local businesses or your community! This place is exemplifies everything you want in not only just a pharmacy, but in the world in general. This is a well run old school neighbourhood pharmacy. They have been around for years. Mr. Ali was the patriarch of this establishment. Unfortunately, he lost his battle to Covid this year. He was one of the nicest man. His family members have taken over the pharmacy. They are all professional and lovely. Go here. You won’t regret it.

This is the best pharmacy in New York City. The pharmacist, Ali, is so sweet, personable and knowledgeable. He is the type of pharmacist everyone wishes for. It is wonderful to watch him interact with a never ending variety of people that come into his drug store. Everyone comes to Ali for advice, including me - all the time. I just love this place and the entire staff.

If you want to support a local business rather than a large corporation, use New York City Pharmacy as your pharmacy. When I moved neighborhoods and the Duane Reade I used to go to became inconvenient, I looked for options in the area and saw that this was the closes pharmacy to me. Sure, there is a Duane Reade a couple blocks away, but I wanted to give the independent small business a shot first.
The pharmacist (and perhaps owner?) is an incredibly nice guy. He's warm and friendly and remembers you and works with you if there are any issues. The wait is never long.

This local pharmacy deserves six stars. If you scan my reviews, I have not ever said anything like that.
The people there are helpful and really work hard to make sure the lives of their customers are enriched.
I know of situations in which the people at this pharmacy have gone above and beyond to get medicine for customers that they would not otherwise get due to shortages. The more I have heard about this place, the more I realize how special it is and that it is vital to the community.
These people help my mother all the time.

First, I need to start by saying I’ve never had such nice and kind people at a pharmacy before, besides the fact that they are great with their customers, the pharmacist Ali, has gone above and beyond, when I was having problems with my insurance and reached out and may many calls for me to be able to get my meds. They’re amazing and so glad I found them.

Wow! I just spoke with the pharmacist, Ali, and he was incredible! Not only was he incredibly patient and kind, he also knew so much about the specific medication I'm looking for. He offered suggestions and substitutions, as well. The substitutions he offered cost me less, thus proving he is truly passionate about what he does, and isn't concerned about making a quick buck. I absolutely hope to get my prescription filled here. The knowledge and service Ali offered is exactly what I hope for and expect when giving my money to a business.

We needed cough medicine (OTC) last minute and I was walking by this little pharmacy - The pharmacist was like an old school doctor - warm, informative, patient, caring. I was so grateful for his kindness. AND they gave me a discount... not sure why but thank you!!! This is a great place and I'm going to be supporting it from here on in.

Had occasion to call New York City Pharmacy a few days ago with question about OTC drug. Spoke with pharmacist Ali (it was 8pm), and he kindly and patiently went over a few options. Told me they were open to 9pm if I wanted to come in and get drug that evening. Ali is knowledgeable and helpful, as I said in a prior review, and his caring demeanor is very much appreciated.

The best pharmacy I've ever been to. They treat people like their best friends. They go out of their way to meet customers needs. People feels like they're getting special treatment but that's how Mr. Ali, his children & employees treats everyone. Also competitive prices & discounts. Can't find a better pharmacy than this one.

I came to this pharmacy as a first-time customer with an emergency situation (I was short on an essential medication that no pharmacy had in stock.) The people at New York City Pharmacy went out of their way to help me, from ordering my medication with overnight delivery to staying open late for me, to checking for coupons on my med when I had to pay out of pocket, to offering to deliver it well outside of their usual radius. Furthermore, this pharmacy has very low prices on OTC essentials. Forget about chain pharmacies for your medication refills; move all your prescriptions here!

Great little pharmacy. If you're very loyal to your brands this might not be the place for you if they don't carry them as they don't have a large selection. If they do have your brands/you're flexible this is a nice little spot to grab some things quickly if you need them. They are relatively avg. price although somethings are a little cheaper than regular.

I have been going to NY Pharmacy forever the service is excellent. It is a family owned business and everyone there is helpful and courteous. They make you feel like part of the community as they truly know their customers. It reminds me of when I was growing up how the mom & pop shops always felt part of the community. It's a blessing to have them in the neighborhood.

I know Ali since he was at McKay's before he went into business. He was great there but is awesome now that he is in his own business. When I was young growing up in a small town the pharmacist was partnered with the MD. You might have gone to them first. If there was any question about the meds, if new, the MD called the pharmacist. I had an of reaction to a drug once. My. MD sent me over to the pharmacy to get his opinion. Well this is now. Absolutely fantastic. I went in for the DMV Vision test, which just started being offered this month, and instead of waiting all day in the DMV or paying $89 for an eye exam (literally the quote from LensCrafters), I was in and out of the pharmacy in 6 minutes. They will post the results of my eye test in 24 hours and it cost me $5. There is NO other way to go about doing the eye exam, in my.. HAHAHAHA EYES

I've been going here for the last 10 or so years. I come here for the great, personal service, along with the fact that waiting more than 15 minutes to have a prescription filled is very rare. They're not 24 hours (they're like 10-8:30), but the efficiency is worth it.
You could not ask for a nicer pharmacist than Ali, the primary pharmacist there. He knows you on a first-name basis, and he is always happy to explain to you whether certain medications have contraindicators or quirks (i.e., take with food, stay out of the sun).
