Arthur is the Managing Member of Elk & Elk in Cleveland, Ohio. We worked with Martin Kraft to assist us with my wife's Social Security Disability application. We were referred by a coworker of mine. When I first spoke with Martin he said our case seemed like it was likely to get approved upon the first application submission. He advised me to submit the application myself so as to avoid unnecessarily paying him if it's approved, and he'd jump in if denied to handle the appeals. Was recommended to attorney Bill Price through a friend and was happy we found him. Very nice and knowledgeable. He was upfront about what we could expect as a settlement and he delivered more than what he said we could expect. After the hit and run we were involved in the opposing insurance company was giving us the run around, after we signed on with Bill as our lawyer the insurance company was out within two days writing us a check for the two vehicles that were destroyed in the accident. Just wanted to follow up on my prior review regarding the Elk law firm and everything I say is my opinion based upon my personal experience. After Elk declined my case, I contacted another attorney who was able to recover a very nice settlement on my behalf. Nothing in my case had changed, except my choice of lawyers. My new attorney used the same police report to prove my case that Elk said I would have to change before the firm would represent me. If I was able to change the report (which ultimately worked in my favor), I could have had my grandson represent me. In addition, city/state codes

Was in a legitimate injury situation, had no idea where to turn for help. Called Elk & Elk, they reviewd my situation and said no thanks... basically They felt my injury wasn't worth enough so they declined to help. Here I am 10 years later and still have chronic back issues. Typical money hungry lawyers
