Had an absolutely fabulous meal here tonight. Such a beautiful place - I can’t wait to see it in the spring/summer to sit outside. The food was magnificent, the service was great, thank you, Martha.

We are locals, this was our first visit to the dining room and it was superb. The Moroccan meatballs and house salad were excellent. The rack of lamb and chimichuri spices steak were superb. Great desserts and drinks, and great customer focused service. The Christmas decor was beautiful as was the classic piped in Christmas music. We definitely will be back. Highly recommended.

Nice place, good restaurant, beautiful grounds. Bed was too soft for me. Fireplace was electric in our room but I think most are not. Quiet and pleasant. Would go back.
Only thing is the price was too much.

We made a reservation for dinner and ended up leaving because they did not welcome children. The waitress said “we’re you not able to find a baby sitter?” Needless to say, we won’t be coming back and are disappointed to find families not welcome. Looks like a great date night spot though! :)

I highly recommend the lounge, restaurant and recreation gathering space at the Adair Inn. We went to celebrate a birthday and the staff went well above and beyond to make the evening special. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, the drinks were mixed perfectly and the ambiance is cozy, comfortable and warm. Our server, Bobbi Sue, was welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back again!

Some friends owed us a dinner and luckily, an opening at the Adair became available. It's hard to not enjoy this special place. The grounds are spectacular and the food is first rate. We enjoyed the professional service as well as the full bar, tasty salads and entrees. I had the grilled cod which was flaky and accompanied by carrots and jasmine rice. My wife enjoyed her mushroom risotto, we were too full to indulge in dessert.
Definitely a must for special occasions- this inn is worth the visit.

Do not come here if you have kids. We tried to dine at the restaurant and had a young one with us, but the hostess said "could you not find a baby sitter tonight"? The waitress said we can stay if we wanted, but gave us a very direct look and made us uncomfortable. Wish we would have known this was not a family friendly location - guess that's our fault for not knowing kids not welcome :)

Very hard mattress and flat pillows. I also like king size. Inn has a lot of potential but is a bit in need of some maintenance but it is a lot to maintain. Staff were friendly. Food was average and a bit overpriced.

Adair Hotel - beautiful grounds, close to I-93 but secluded so that you don't see or hear any roads. Concord room was very spacious, nicely decorated with a large bathroom with a tub. High rise bed was very comfortable. The room didn't have a TV or fridge, but there is a large common area with a TV, pool table, microwave and fridge. A good breakfast is served at 9AM
Adair Restaurant - the menu is a hit or miss. Portions are on the smaller side with very basic (walmart?) ingredients but with a $35 price tag for a main dish. The drinks from the bar were excellent. Very basic and pricey wine list

My husband and I stayed in the Dalton room for two nights. It was a quiet, romantic, and gorgeous visit to such a beautiful country house :) we had a bonfire outdoors one night and enjoyed reading about the original owner and history of the house. We will definitely return!

Lovely historic inn. And I particularly enjoyed the wonderful massage the inn keepers arranged for me to have in our room! What a wonderful way to get our long weekend underway.

This was our first visit (it was recommended by a friend) and we had a wonderful dinner to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The service was terrific - very attentive - and they made us feel like we were old friends. The food was great - everything was seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

In brief, would I return? Yes!
Was Dianna an excellent server? Yes!
Was my partner's steak overcooked and her four cheese sauce suspiciously mono-cheese in flavor and presentation? Yes.
It must be said:
The lamb lollipops were simply perfect in seasoning, temperature, and the suggestion to pair with the Fess Parker Pinot was spot on!!

Here is my one big gripe with the Adair:
The location is conveniently remote and the grounds are stunning; it truly feels like an escape from the world. The competition for a food and beverage destination for young professionals in the area are dreadful

A cute restaurant in a beautiful country inn. Had a reservation for 6pm. Upon arrival our reservation was confirmed and we were quickly escorted to our table.
Ice water was awaiting at our table and dinner specials were told. Drink order was placed after we viewed and ordered our entrees.
The chef offers wine pairings with all entrees. Specials consisted of a catch of the day, a poultry and a red meat, all served with a vegetable and starch.
Entrees were served quickly. Food was hot and portions were good.
Our server Amanda was attentive to our needs.
The restaurant is small, I saw 9 tables

We planned a wedding for 17 people and it poured rain. When we drove up, Tom met us at our car equipped with umbrellas and helped to bring flowers into the inn. The living room was set up with a warm, inviting fire and welcomed us into this lovely space. Cindy and the waitstaff were pleasant, professional and respectful in making this a perfect night for my daughter and son in law. After the wedding, we went downstairs to another wonderful spot and played board games and pool. The honeymoon suite was spacious and lovely. We were more than pleased with The Adair Inn.

An other valentines flop. When will I learn. The Adair, normally first rate, falls flat on V day! Four course dinner?? Soup, salad, entree and choice of two desserts. Great tomato soup, no appetizer choice, fine salad, pork, salmon or duck breast entree. We both had duck. BIG error over done sent back still needed streak knife to eat. Two desserts black forest cake???? Or creme brulee both bad. Why do so many fine restaraunts think that valentines or mothers day or others are a time to rip off the people they see all year???

Service was outstanding! The food excellent. Table of six and they hit everything timely and perfectly. We had salmon, filet, pork, veal, salads, apps; absolutely perfect all of it. The filet was initially overdone but no issue when it went back to the kitchen. The plate returned to the table promptly and was perfect. Desserts also perfect. Lovely setting. Perfect service. Outstanding food!

There are few times when superior food meet superior service, but this little Inn had it all.

My husband and I did not stay here, but we decided to dine in the restaurant after finding it on Yelp. We called ahead and they took us right away even though it was s busier night. Elizabeth was our waitress/hostess and she was fantastic. Even though she was the only one working a crowded room, she made us feel like we were her only customers. We watched her serve other people as well and she treated everyone the same way.

I had the Vegetarian Napoleon and my husband had the blackened cod. There was

Inn keepers Cynthia and Tom were terrific.
We (our entire party of six) loved this lovely inn and have already discussed the coordination of another stay to coincide with music in Littleton. We appreciated their kindness and wonderful welcoming manner. Staff were all so natural and generous in their warmth and hospitality.
Much appreciated!

We came here for Valentine's night dinner. We had made reservations for 5:15, but it didn't seem like reservations were necessary - there were many tables open. Food was good but overpriced. Pasta dish was served without a large spoon; filet served without a steak knife. Had to ask for each utensil. Waitress seemed to have trouble reading her handwriting when listing the night's specials. Service was okay.
Perhaps staying at the Inn is more of a treat!

Our stay at Adair was absolutely wonderful. The inn sits on a stunning property of 200 acres, with great trails. The house is really quaint, the inn keepers are the nicest and most accommodating people you'll ever meet, and the rooms are beautiful.

The food is also amazing here! Who knew that a world class chef was hiding out in NH! The dinner was unbelievable and one of the best meals I've ever had, better than many great restaurants I've been to in NYC. The breakfasts here are also amazing! The breakfast was 3 courses consisting of the biggest and fluffy popover I've ever

Just spent a perfect weekend at Adair with my girlfriend. We managed to upgrade to the Kinsman Suite which was pretty all I could ask for in a B&B suite. Especially with the MASSIVE bathtub.

The inn is just beautiful and we got to enjoy a tiny bit of gorgeous New Hampshire winter that really got us out of the everyday grind mindset of NYC. Could not have asked for a better way to reset our brains and focus on relaxation for a few days.

Kimberly and Barry were very welcoming and helpful. Thanks to them, we decided to do a dog sledding adventure at the nearby Muddy Paws rescue kennel and it

My husband and I couldn't stand just eating "plainer" food while traveling in New Hamshire with his parents last Fall. So I asked his mom if she'd like to eat in a "fancier" place on the Saturday evening of our tour. She said yes after she saw the menu did offer my father-in-law some choices closer to meat-n-potatoes.

The restaurant at the Adair County Inn is so beautiful, with a warm, cozy feeling. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. They invited us to look around. The billiard room downstairs feels like a trip back in time. This was a wonderful place
