I requested a quote from State Farm in Wilmington, OH as I had recently upgraded my vehicle. Nikk Mallow was very responsive, friendly and courteous. I never thought and insurance company could make me feel like family. I couldn’t be more wrong. Carrie, Taylor, Marisa and Mike are always so friendly and helpful. I know that if I ever need anything they will be there to take care of me. They really are there “like a good neighbor”... just recently Taylor witnessed someone stealing something from my property and sprung into action. She was on the phone to the police, notified me and helped me recover the package which happened to be a Christmas gift for my son. 10/10 would recommend.
