In case you couldn't tell from the name of the company, it is a Pharmacy. All pharmacies sell drugs, and most, like Walgreens and CVS sell incidentals and household items that hopefully add to the convenience of a visit. Yes, they don't need a big corner space for just a pharmacy, which is why they provide other services like a post office and utilities payment. But first and foremost, I would venture to say this place is a pharmacy, one that dispenses drugs to sick people. People with doctor's prescriptions take their prescriptions to a pharmacist to get their medicine. People without

Do not use their postal service. The lady that works here is rude and lazy. Worst postal service I have ever experienced.
I was in the store and had mail to drop off. She told me to drop it off at a mailbox and wouldn't take my mail. I don't understand.. maybe she is just really really lazy. You're a postal service, you deal with mail. If you don't like it or don't know how to deal with it, leave.

This is basically a general store - you can drop off phone (not cell phone) and some utility payments and it indeed does a needed service for immigrants who don't have checking accounts. It also provides basic post office services. The merchandise selections, on the other hand, are pretty slim.
While the business concept is a great one for the niche market, the unfortunate thing is the clerks working here are pretty rude; They sound like they are having verbal fight with everyone all the time ! Why is yelling from the top of one's lung necessary? They get paid by piece

I dont understand the purpose of this place.
Their shelves are sparse, their postal service is unfriendly and doesnt offer a lot of service, and their pharmacy doesnt seem to get a lot of business.
The only good thing about this place is that you can drop off your utility payments here. I think they're down to just ATT now. And, they sell bart tickets.
You dont need a big corner space for that do you?
