I was referred to this provider by my oral surgeon. I was very misled by the reviews. 3 weeks ago I had an appointment I did not attend. They asked the reason and so I told them I had a respiratory infection at that time. I am asymptomatic now, tested negative for covid twice, fully vaccinated, took steroids and antibiotics and stayed home from work for 2 weeks. They are refusing to see me regardless of this. My braces have never lasted more than a couple days without the wires coming out. My anchorage device is also broken and the inside of my mouth is completely torn up because of it. The only

I have had braces for 6 years now. They recently said I have a year more. They have been saying that for years now. I also had 2 screws placed in the roof of my mouth that were supposed to be used to support my upper mouth while rubber bands were in use. I had ended up not needed rubber bands resulting in useless pain of having 2 screws jammed up a bones in my mouth. This place is not consistant, expensive, and seem to not care what you are going through. Only reason I’m giving them 2 besides 1 is because they have one very nice orthodontist that I think deserves to be in a better place.

I've been a patient of Dr. Henry's for 12 years and I continue to go to him for routine check-ups. I had braces for 5 years and wore the traditional wire retainers then upgraded to the Sure Smile Liners just 2 years ago. He's honest and flexible. Dr. Henry and his staff are very kind and informative. Dr. Henry never recommends extractions with braces. Especially for children. What a difference this makes in the results! DO NOT let your orthodontist give you a plan for having your teeth pulled! He also does brace on the inside of your teeth. I love mine!
