Services
Dr. Dickerson, Dr. Sharma, and the American Association of Orthodontists recommend children be seen by age 7. Early detection of many orthodontic problems can help avoid more extensive treatment later. It is not necessary to have a referral from your dentist. Because orthodontists are looking for development issues rather than current problems, children should see an orthodontist around 7 years old, whether they have been referred or not.

From the minute I walked in the door I felt very comfortable with each staff member I interacted with during my appointment. I am a transfer from another state already under ortho treatment and I had planned to speak to a few different orthodontists about my continued treatment in a different state, but after meeting Dr Dickerson and his lovely ladies I decided right then that I would be in good hands!

My experience at Dickerson Orthodontics has been great. The doctor and his support team are top Invisalign experts. I’m very happy with the results from my treatment. The doctor and support team are always a pleasure to interact with and you can tell they genuinely enjoy making people smile. I 100% recommend this practice for orthodontics.

Buyer beware!!! Do not waist your time or money here!! As fast as they take your money is as fast as they will throw you away!! I wrote my first review because I gave them three attempts to contact me to make this right about my broken retainer (btw is only 4 months old and at two weeks my bottom retainer came off when I was at my dentist getting a teeth cleaning. They have very poor customer service skills. To the point they "assume" that you won't like the answer so instead not even reach out to you. That's exactly what Charlette said to me after I wrote my review. Because

Our experience so far has been great. They have helped transform my son's teeth and we got in right when it was critical. Services were explained decently, appointments are made timely, and we trust them. The staff is awesome with kids and always makes my son feel welcomed and in a fun environment, even though he has very high anxiety when it comes to dental work. So far... Great!

My daughter went through orthodontic treatment with Dickerson Orthodontics (DO), and we had a very poor experience. First, their whole policy is what I would call 'bait and switch'. Initially, everyone here appears extremely nice, and says whatever they think that you want to hear. In addition, the office plies the adults with coffee and massage chairs and the kids with video games and frozen yogurt. Then, once you pay the money, which I paid in full and right upfront to avoid excess charges, and they have you hooked, well, the represented services were not delivered as promised. This

Wonderful experience. Was referred here by our dentist for a consult for my 10 year old. The staff was very attentive to my wife and I but specially with my son, really made us all feel at ease. They presented two very clear option plans and there was no pressure. Still can't believe how comfortable the whole experience was.
