We only team up with professionals whose clinical experience ranges from two to twenty years of practice or in patient care delivery.

This was a very beneficial experience. I went in with so much pain in my lower back in the beginning of treatment but as time went on keeping up with my visits I am now pain free. I went from being unable to move to being able to jump for joy with no pain after treatment from Crown Rehab. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and left a great impression. 10 stars!!! I highly recommend this place.

Horrible front desk very unprofessional does not do her job well I waited from March 14 th 2019 all my info was sent over from my doctor this is the second time the women Genorosa has done this she refuses to do her job gets all the proper info and still wants me to call my doctor instead of her doing it herself can not be seen

Dr. David Shen is the best physical therapist I've ever worked with. As a healthcare professional myself, I searched for the right facility high and low. I felt comfortable from the moment I called to inquire. Jen was so welcoming and was ready to do whatever it took to make sure my insurance was covered and get me in THAT DAY.
After 20 years with scoliosis, I began having crippling headaches and pain for over a month. My sciatica was also a mess. I worked with Dr. David Shen, and within one treatment saw an improvement, by my third appointment I slept through the night without any ibuprofen

During the past 6 years i have been to Crown Rehab for different cases of physical therapy. I have to say for as long as Crown Rehab is in business i will go to no other facility to do physical therapy. Crown Rehab has brought me back to walking and standing again. The staff there are exceptional and truly wonderful. They earnestly show compassion and understanding to the needs of their patients. When I first scheduled with Crown Rehab for my son who is suffering from a back injury, it was a matter of convenience since they were close to home. Since he has started there, I realize it was a blessing we chose this facility. Dr. David Shen is the kindest doctor I have met. He takes time with every single patient and is sure to ask tons of questions to get to the root of any issue and to provide advice on daily activity to promote healing. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 6pm. I know I scheduled this appointment for 6pm because I work 1 hour away . I get a phone call from the office at 5:28pm that my appointment is at 5:30pm and asking me if I am still coming. I got a confirmation call on the Friday before confirming my appointment for 6pm on Monday. I explained that my appointment was at 6pm and I cannot be there in 2 mins since I am coming from an hour away. The woman says ok I will let my boss know. Crown Rehab does an amazing job of prioritizing the care and well-being of their clients. The lady at the front desk will always put a smile on your face, and the physical therapists and aides are some of the friendliest individuals you will ever meet. Although it is a small facility and looks a tad bit outdated, that does deviate from the efficient care that is provided to each and every patient. Each plan for rehabilitation is customized specifically for each person, and that is something that I believe separates Crown Rehab from other places.I have never seen such a well-organized group of healthcare
