Otto has been in the hair industry since he was 15 years old and is a Certified Redken Specialist. Otto worked in NYC at one of SoHo's top salons, working New York Fashion Week alongside notable stylist, designers and models. He is obsessed with education and is a continuing student at the Redken Exchange in NYC, and attends classes yearly in Orlando and Las Vegas.

Stopped in for the first time for an appointment with Avi. I was so blown away by the cut and Avi! My hair looks fabulous. She did exactly what I wanted and kept my length. All the products and styling she did were explained thoroughly; step by step. Avi gave me a new insight as to how to style and care for my hair going forward. She made me love the hair I have. I’ve tried countless salons in Naples and I’m glad I am now a client here. Can’t wait for my next cut!!

I made an appointment at Michael Thomas and lucked out completely with Stephanie. She is so talented and its blatantly obvious how much she enjoys her job. Stephanie gave me a great cut, and on my last return visit she did a knockout job on my full highlight. After living in Naples for the last 4 years searching for someone who listens, offers an opinion, and feels invested in my hair too I finally found it! She was worth the wait, thank you Stephanie!!!

First time I have used this salon and it was Fantastic!! Aviana did my highlights and cut. She was so informative and friendly I left with a new way to care for my hair and bc it was the first time I received 20 percent off of the products I purchased. I loved the highlights and cut! I also met the owner and felt as though I had known her forever. Very comfortable setting. I highly recommend this salon!!!

I fully enjoyed my visit here and my stylist made me feel comfortable. She answered any questions I had even though I thought some of my questions I felt I should have known already. She took her time and made sure I was okay with what she did. She gave me a few recommendations for my type of hair because I had no idea how to take care of it and a few bad experiences with my hair being cut before I always avoided hair salons. But not anymore! Thank you!

I’ve only had 2 stylists cut my hair in 30 years. I’m very particular and not one of the bold women that can go anywhere to try someone new. After moving to this area full time from the East Coast of Fl, I had to find a salon/stylist I trusted and not continue driving 4 hours to get a haircut. Everyone at Michael Thomas was wonderful. They made me feel at ease and Adrian listened so well to what I needed.
