At Michael's Catering, we develop a custom menu to suit your desires based on the number of guests, your anticipated budget and other variables such as location and season. For this event, a quaint French Quarter courtyard was transformed into a German Beer Garden. I've played at a lot of weddings in New Orleans, so I've tried a lot of food and been around a lot of servers, but never as professional and kind as you all.
