I’ve been going to this location for years & it has gone down hill. As I was checking in for my appointment, I noticed several other patients checking in for the same doctor with appointments about 5 minutes apart. I waited over an hour after my appointment time to finally speak with the doctor for only 5 minutes and to be sent to the lab. The lab results are in, but I’ve now been waiting over a week for the doctor to review them & make them available to me. I won’t ever return to this location!!!!

Doctor Sharma is truly the best doctor. Very knowledgeable, she has never rushed my appointment. She does listen and is super nice! Highly recommend her. Another doctor that we like a lot is pediatrician Dr Ajmere. She is very kind and knowledgeable. She has helped my daughter a lot. She pays attention to the smallest detail that are very important to make a proper diagnosis. Whe have also seen Farzeen and again very happy with her as well.

Have never been to a clinic that when you come fifteen minutes early to a scheduled appointment that you’re having to wait over an hour to be seen, this has happened multiple times. First hour of when they open and they are “ behind schedule “already. We were supposed to get a call back about x rays and they still hadn’t looked at the results when we came for the follow up appointment a week later and then having to wait longer for her to find and review them. I can't find the exact words to describe the Doctors, Nurses and Front help. My primary Doctor is Doctor Shah. Dr. Shah is very accurate, professional and extremely patient. He makes me feel very safe having all the medical problems that I have. Any Dr. At Woodridge is simply amazing. I personally feel very happy and much better the times I have been admitted to hospital (too many to count) and see any Dr. from Woodridge clinic walk in. This team cares and are so professional. The nurses are so sweet and caring. I could go on and on, but I wrather let you experience getting well with Woodridge

Setting the appointment was quick and easy and I highly recommend creating an appointment prior to your visit. I went through the line fast and when it was my turn they had all my info so I was done in literally 3 minutes and received my negative results 10 minutes later. It was great knowing I was cleared so quickly. Thank you for the fast friendly service.

Nearly 10 years with Dr. Pranjal Shah and I am incredibly thankful for the service over the years. Dr. Shah is always respectful, polite, and remembers many finer details about me and my health. I appreciate all of the staff at Woodridge clinic that made things easy for me in the past. Dr Umang Patel is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. His bedside manner is excellent. He takes the time to explain your medical situation in simple lay terms and he is interested in your quality of life. During my last visit he was qualifying a new doctor for his group. He also provides opportunities for medical students to gain first hand experience through his practice. The one thing I really focus on besides current medical knowledge is, are you being treated with dignity. For Dr. Patel it is an exuberant YES on both counts of medical knowledge and dignity.
