My family experience hasn't been good with this dental office. The first visit I took my daughter due to tooth pain it was said she would need a root canal, they shaved her tooth so far down that the temp tooth fall out twice. I witnessed one assistant working on a patient and with the same gloves went to handle sterile utensils for another patient I immediately addressed management with this issue who then said "Okay, Ill check on it". I called to discuss a bill I received and during me speaking the front desk worker she said " please " and clicked over, I have never had to sit in a dental off

Dr. was incapable of following through with procedures. Originally, 6 months ago, the office claimed they had refunded my insurance and American Express charges when they referred me to another dentist. This was NOT TRUE they failed to do so. Despite numerous email and phone conversations with the staff, they have still not refunded the insurance or our AmEx card. They and I agree that I am entitled to these refunds. Currently, I am unable to receive the help I require and deserve from my insurance until this office sends my insurance company a simple Fax and refunds my money they do not deserve

First impressions are everything right ?
Well, this place isn’t perfect but it also isn’t bad which is why I’m rating this a 3. My appointment was scheduled right as they opened...the clinic has signs that states they clean every hour but let me explain.. I was impressed by the 6ft separation, plexi glass and hand sanitizer available however the furniture was so dusty it looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while, there was children’s fingerprints on the glass cabinet and the cloth seats are pretty dirty (stains ect) that could use a cleaning.
As most people have mentioned, staffing

So I called this dentist to request for an oral exam on my 11yr old daughter. She had a baby tooth still in her mouth with her adult tooth already grown in, which was causing so much pain in her mouth for her. I originally brought her to Wigwam Dental for the initial exam first back in May. They have been rescheduling my daughter for her "map goal" on her baby tooth extraction THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. She was suppose to be seen in September, until I gave Maddison Dental a call...

Dr. Gandotra is highly experienced, passionate and very caring doctor. I got my extractions done by him. He not only explained me all the steps but most importantly I did not even feel anything. Most previous dentists referred me to oral surgeons because of my severe anxiety but he did it in the office and I didn’t even need laughing gas. I have referred all of my family members to him and I can’t wait to see him again for my other work. Believe me if you have any dental work needed, please go see him and I guarantee you he will take care of you as he did for me. The front desk people are super

Called to make an appointment. Lucy put me on hold. Sat on hold for a while. Called back only wanting to ask if Maddison Dental accepted my insurance. Called Lucy put me on hold. I called back & asked Lucy not to put me on hold I only had one question. Lucy did not respond & put me on hold. I waited a bit hung up & waited about 15 minutes called back & Lucy put me on hold. I hung up called right back & Lucy just let the phone ring. I guess Lucy needs some help or to be informed on good business practices... How can I make an appointment when I am put on hold & left there

I passed by another dental office and called to see if they accept my insurance. They referred me to Maddison Ave Dental. I called twice! When I finally got through, I was placed on hold. I drove all the way home and was able to knock out a few texts and read my e-mails, ON HOLD. Obviously this place has no concern about your time, theirs, and according to other reviews, your money.
Dodge the bullet my friends.

All this place does is want to screw you out of your money. Always saying that you need extra work done and then not standing behind the work that they have done. And when you get a cleaning they always want to polish your teeth first which is pretty stupid, I personally don't this the tartar on my teeth needs to be polished. Then they are always trying to up sell you on a laser treatment or an even more expensive laser treatment. Or say that you need a "deep cleaning" just so they can get more money out of your pocket. This place sucks

I love the dentist!!! Check ups here are a breeze as long as you do your part to brush twice/floss thrice daily. The staff is always friendly whether you're calling in to confirm an appointment or taking 18 x-rays with a weak gag reflex. They are knowledgeable about oral hygiene and always help me with tips to keep my teeth and gums clean and clear. Plus great commercial free radio!

This review is about half a year overdue! I came in for the first time last year to get an annual check-up after not getting an "annual" cleaning for almost two years. My gf and I both needed some deep cleaning done and the staff were great. They were very helpful when working with my insurance and payments. This wonderful clinic even sent me a birthday card! Wow! Thank you guys for making going to the dentists not a dreadful experience!!

I came a while ago and they told me I had two cavities, but I lived in another city for school so I went to a dentist there to get the cavities filled, but the dentist told me there were no cavities to be found! Then I came back and they said I definitely had cavities that needed to be removed, so just to be safe I let them do the fillings. Afterwards, I was told by the assistant that they weren't really cavities, but coffee staining on my teeth.
A couple of years later I go to them again, willing to give Maddison Ave. a second chance because that same dentist was no longer with them. I get

So I had made an appointment for my younger UNDER AGE brother and I .The actual dental staff was extremly nice. Its was the, what I am assuming was the receptionist , what I had a problem with. she was pushy on treatment that my insurance couldn't cover and that I did not want... I had told her I didn't want any work done, that my insurance didn't cover.. take in mind that my younger brother was in another room getting work done as well. They did not mention any work cost for my younger brother while they were mentioning my work cost, which was at 0 BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT ANYTTHING

I've had several appointments for deep cleanings, and initially felt welcomed by the dental assistants. The dental assistant who is Filipino was perhaps the kindest of the bunch. Towards the end of the cleaning, the assistants were persistent in pushing for the use of a "rinse that has vitamins and minerals to fortify the pockets in my gums...". Of course , my insurance does not cover it and I simply would like to refuse. Yet, the next assistant uses a sales pitch of guilt tripping you into making you get it. If that does not work, they use scare tactics to fear monger you to feeling

I went to dentists my whole life - orthodontists as a child so I have no fear..Xmas Eve a 40+ year old filling fell out & I needed someone FAST..As a GM retiree, we no longer had dental insurance so the office staff talked me in2 Care Credit so I could get a crown..I wish I would have checked around..I now have found ALL other dentists in No LV charge $400 - $600 for a crown..Maddison charged me $1100.00 for the crown..In addition, the dentist went out of the country so I had to wait 3 weeks w/a "temporary" crown..I was taking 5-6 ibuprofan a day 2 counteract the pain & swelling

Stay clear of Maddison dental. My husband had gone in Friday to make an appt for me the following Monday with our Dentist. They set it up for 8;00. When I showed up they were just opening however I sat for another 30 min waiting. When they finally took me back the "dentist" came in, NOT mine, but some dentist, I'm sitting there thinking what is up. He asks me why I"m in and tells me what he thinks we should do. Xrays first of course. Basically walks out and has the assistant take 7 Xrays. Then I ask the assistant where is my dentist. OH he moved a month ago. We weren
