They did fantastic they got me in last minute after I broke my two front teeth. The doctor and staff were knowledgeable and understanding. I really felt comfortable and they helped my anxiety! These guys are great, we live on the EastSide of Vegas so sometimes we get subpar businesses and a couple on dentists on this side I would never go to, due to their lack of care. Here it's different the office is clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They took me in when I had an emergency and were able to help me quickly and do a treatment plan. My dentist was kind and friendly and very helpful and informative on everything. They go in detail your cost and help you make any payment plans. Will recommend again.

This place and the staff were amazing !!!! From the time I set the appointment to me arriving and returning for my ortho consultation. Highly recommend this location. I’ve already shared my story with family and friends and I’ll continue to go back. I let them know my last visit to a dentist left me horrified and they offered no solutions and they came and cleared all the anxiety I had about going and made the experience memorable.

Dentist on Nellis has the best dentists and staff. My 70yr old mom has been fearful of going to the dentist and was having severe tooth pain. They were able to get her in quickly and Dr. Tong performed a comprehensive exam so that we could make a plan to get her dental health on track.
My mom also had a tooth extraction and was very anxious, but Dr. Richmond did such a great job making sure she didn’t feel any pain. Dr. Richmond was very attentive to any cues of any pain that she may have been having.
We are very grateful for the wonderful, painless experience.

I came to Dentist On Nellis to remove a tooth gem that had peeled off and left the backing of the gem still on my tooth. Scheduling and getting seen asap was with ease and the staff are all professional and friendly. They removed my tooth gems, and replaced them as well. The office is clean and I appreciate the office manager Lyndsey for her personable and awesome customer service. Although they did ask for a review, I was going to do it regardless for there great customer service and professionalism. Thank you guys!

This is the best dentist office everybody is always friendly the environment is clean the dentist and their assistance are always kind and helpful to you. You never have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for your appointment to be filled when you walk in they greet you by your name which is very very rare for any business to do nowadays I've been coming here for 16 years and the service is great

I really hate to leave this review but I have no other choice besides the next steps I need to take to take care of fixing my teeth. I have been coming to this office since July of 2014 when I first moved to Las Vegas. I trusted them with my teeth. I loved my dentist and the office staff. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the last several years. But when I had my bridge done here, I was not happy with my results. They were crooked, one part stuck out in my gums, and I feel like they were too big for my mouth. They also didn't suggest teeth whitening before making the bridge which

I have NEVER thought a dentist could be so pleasant! Everyone was kind! Every thing was clean! I took my 89 year old grandmother and they brought her a clean blanket because she was cold. This establishment went above and beyond all my expectations! I highly recommend everyone go and get a cleaning today!

Been coming here for a couple of years now. The level of professionalism is impeccable! From the hygienists, radiologists, and the dentists themselves are well equipped with knowledge and dental technology.
Aside from the friendly staff. They have a clean office and exam rooms.
There's a reason why they are trusted amongst most insurance carriers. Not all offices are able to work with as many dents policies as they are. This is due to their level of service and the excellent work they continue to perform over the years.

Dr. Rich was fantastic as well as Victoria and the whole staff! I was worried I had so much to get done from extractions to all new bridge work done! This Navy Veteran was treated with the highest of regards, comfort and concern the whole experience! Total of 12 teeth to get fitted to perfection and they nailed it!! So happy and very proud to recommend this office! Their such a sweet wonderful group of people who love their work! Love em all and I thank the whole staff!! Having to get your teeth cleaned can be an unpleasant experience... probing, pointy, sharp object in your mouth is not fun but since it's a must, the difference is all in a capable hygienist and whether or not they CARE about you. SHALISA is the best!! She genuinely cares about your oral health. She is kind and compassionate and this makes her sensitive to your comfort level as she cleans your teeth.

I am a person who is "terrified", to have dental work done. I am posting this to let you know you do not have to be afraid to come here. Shalisa did a deep cleaning on my teeth, and she is very gentle and caring. From Lyndsey at the front desk, to all the young ladies there I send out a deep thank you!Every other place I went, they wanted to replace the beautiful front crown I had done 2 years ago right here. Love this place. Great front desk, very courteous, love the assistant who was fantastic with my child. I placed an appt for myself, as well. They were so great, they called me back to let me know my personal dental insurance was intrinsically worthless when I had no idea...so they suggested I get better insurance and reschedule an appt then. I really appreciated that heads up.

I know that I wasn't the easiest patient to work with. And I may have annoyed some of your staff members but their professionalism was outstanding and I was very impressed.

I'm loving this place. I have had an exam, cleaning, cavities filled(twice). I have brought my 5 yr old with me and they were all great to her being nosy or holding my hand. :) Also Dr Rich is the only dentist I have seen that told me I could heal my own cavities and let me know the ones I couldn't. Most places just want to drill in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Dr.Rich is the bomb.com. She has such a great attitude, and really makes you feel at ease. She's the sweetest little thing, and honestly makes the whole dental experience better. All of the staff is actually pretty nice, and very helpful. I don't think I've ever waited more than a couple of minutes to go back and be seen which is awesome. They definitely have their scheduling down to a science - kudos to them! They are thorough, and make sure that you know if there is any out of pocket costs, etc. This is a very well run office, and they should be proud. So glad I found this gem

This dentistry is way hard to beat - from very upbeat and super friendly staff to gentle and easy dental care, this place takes the cake! I was quite apprehensive about my extraction, but Brittany Rich made it as comfortable as something like that gets.... Pain was so minimal and she was so careful :) Her genuine warmth and inner light radiated a positive glow. She ensured the numbing was done thoroughly and gently... So I would have a few pokes instead of serious pain. They took time to carefully go over my aftercare I would be doing , and even read my mind when I couldn't talk but needed

I've been to this dentist three times now based off a referral and I love this place.
I love the woman dentist. She is so warm and gives off a very genuine vibe and I would recommend her to anyone.
The staff is great and their wait time is almost nonexistent. They are very organized and pleasant. The office is very clean and calm.
They let me know ahead of time what I'd be paying out of pocket which was awesome.
I can't say enough good things about this office.
