Blake Co Roofing was founded in 2019 by Tim Blake. Tim developed a love and skill for roofing at a young age, as his first job was a roofing apprentice. Hundreds of roofs later, he went on to become a true licensed master roofer out of the state of Pennsylvania, contracting in the state of Texas, and licensed in the state of Florida.
Tim has shared his talent, drive, and enthusiasm as a roofing contractor for many companies all over the US before ultimately branching off to start his own business. We are a team of fully-certified professionals who tackle everything from full roof replacements to leak repairs of every roofing system for both residential and commercial clients. We inspect the general age of your roof, condition of the shingles, pipe jacks, flashing, chimney cap, gutters (if present), and inspect for soft decking. Includes a full inspection write up. We replace damaged shingles/tiles, ridge & pipe jacks, coat all rubber with urethane, bang pop nails, paint all roof accessories with high temperature roof paint, blow off roof, and clean out gutters.

Blake Co Roofing did our roof replacement. They worked with our insurance company and met with our adjuster multiple times. Ariel kept us updated throughout the entire permitting process. And the roof was completed in 1 day. No more leaks and the nicest roof on the block. Will be using in the future and referring out.

I recently used Blake Roofing on my rental property. They performed roof maintenance and I was completely satisfied. They were clean cut and very respectable. They did the project in a professional manner. They were on time and completed the project in a timely matter. They cleaned up all scrap and debris upon finishing. I very highly recommend them for any roofing needs. I give them an A plus

I used Blake Co to repair a section of my roof, as well as pressure wash the entire roof. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Everyone was super responsive and the job was done in professionally. I am amazed with the difference the wash made.
In the past, I have used a company that was 1/3 the price, but I was left with a roof that still looked grey and dirty. I figured it was just the age of the roof. Boy was I wrong. This looks like brand new!
I recommend without hesitation!

Blake Co Roofing did an excellent job on my roof maintenance. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out quickly to assess my leak and gave a very reasonable price. Aerial was very polite and informative of the whole process. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely recommend to follow neighbors and homeowners.
