At Enriched Life Counseling & Consulting in Oviedo and Clermont, Florida, we offer one-on-one counseling services for children, adolescents, young adults and families. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. I help people who long to feel accepted and desire the ability to express themselves, but hold themselves back because of self-doubt and insecurities.
I have earned my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University and have held executive leadership positions within the Department of Health since 2012. I have multidisciplinary experience in several areas including public health, hospice support and bereavement, chronic disease management, and child health and welfare.

Raising children can be a difficult task. You may have tried several interventions and techniques but nothing seems to change. Maybe the school has called numerous times reminding you of your child's behavior. Sticker charts, reward charts, bribes, and punishment they work temporarily but things return to their old ways.

I had the pleasure of working with Erica and enjoyed every moment of it. She provided some great prompts and input through the stories I told. This was my first time going through therapy and she made me feel very comfortable and heard. The office and online portal were so easy to work with. Such a beautiful new office! I walked in and was greeted with a smile and hospitality. My clinician was very nice and open when speaking with me, I felt like I could tell her any and everything and know I was in safe hands. This office is definitely a safe space, and I am excited to return next week.
