Please see Zillow and Facebook reviews for Peyton irby. Would not recommend him. He made us get the keys from the sellers for us made us do that. Manipulated the situation to benefit himself. Lied to us. Kept every email and text- he’s still trying to lie his way out things saying we discussed it by email. Do not use this guy unless you want to get lied to and ripped off.

Theresa Olson Broker Real Estate by Design: Working together with Theresa was my best decision picking a Realtor. Theresa Olson was fantastic to work with. I was a first time homebuyer and a first time mom looking for houses with my 2 month old baby in tow. Theresa was patient and answered all of my many questions every step of the way. Buying a house is scary when you've never done it before, but Theresa was great at keeping me calm throughout the whole process. She is honest and knowledgeable and just a wonderful person to work with. If we ever buy another home, we will go through her again. We cant thank her enough!

Working with Theresa Olson was beyond amazing, she was hands down the best agent I have ever encountered. I really appreciate her patience, kindness, loyalty, and fast response whenever I was in need. I gotta admit I had some days I wanted to give up, but with her she never let me down. I got frustrated a couple of times getting turned down but in the end I found my dream house that had everything plus more in it. My wife and I were new to the Raleigh area and had almost no knowledge of the surrounding communities.
