For a small town pharmacy, it is horrible. Ever since I transferred my medicine here it's been a hassle to get. The refill system is way out of date, and the staff seem confused. I have to call medications in 2-3 times before it gets refilled, or I get a call stating my medicine is ready and go there and it is not ready. Then the staff proceeds to fill it but needs a renewal from doctor and I have to call doctor to send in order. Very disappointed.

We have been a client here for several years, never had an issue until lately. They deny filling prescriptions claiming “insurance doesn’t pay enough” and send you packing. I asked if this is worth losing all future business to which they responded “the decision has been made”. I don’t have a problem paying more to help the local shop out, but they refused to even give that option. What good is a pharmacy that you can’t fill your prescriptions at? They have lost my familie’s business.

Maybe it's because I have a kid of my own now, but I really wanted to decorate for the holiday this year. To my surprise, I was so delighted that a local store had amazing holiday items to make my home feel like Christmas. I was able to find just what I was looking for. Also, I was impressed with the all the Melissa & Doug items they carry. My daughter will appreciate this! When it came to check out, I was in no hurry to leave the store. Called this place to see if they had a specific battery LR41, they stated I would have to come in and look. I came into store and found 392 battery, which is suppose to be compatible with device. The battery on back said was from 2017. I told cashier I hoped these worked and paid. I went out to car and they did not work. Went back into store 10 mins after purchase and was treated extremely rudley when trying to return these batteries. The cashier said she had a hard time believing these did not work, I showed her the back of package where it says 2017. She then said the batteries were switched

This store discriminated against me for having an out of state ID. My Id was valid and legit and there is no good reason to have denied me service. They either need to get machines that are of this century or stop discriminatory practices against out of towners. I will never return to this location and am deeply dissatisfied with the way I was treated.
