With the drive thru testing setup they have in place it has literally been a God send! We’ve had to get the kids tested numerous times this year for school. It’s hassle free, in and out with no issues and they’re friendly, quick and efficient! I was so tired of dealing with the corporate pharmacies in the city! These people are kind and compassionate, soon as we moved back to Kenmore I remembered the one place that had one of the last pay phones that your parents could call you back on as a teenager! It was all for a reason! Lol..Great Job!

The first time I came there the employee we dealt with was phenomenal and super friendly (Ellie). Today they were just miserable, from the boy who answered the phone when I called and told me he was too busy to help me, to the girl administering the vaccines who made a snarky comment about me to my daughter. If you're in the business of dealing with customers, hire more people like Ellie and less nasty, impatient people. Won't be returning.

I WENT TO GET COVID TESTING FROM THEM, RESULTS CAME POSITIVE I FREAKED OUT. HOWEVER INSIDE SOMETHING WAS TELLING ME TO GO CHECK OTHER PLACE I DID AND RESULTS CAME OUT NEGATIVE NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE-SAME WEEK!!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE HERE ONLY FOR MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE!

Amazing Rapid PCR testing experience. When our previous test results didn’t come in within the 72 hour period for Canada. We went here for a rapid PCR. Even with the surge in people over the holidays, the staff here were polite, kind and efficient! We got our results in under 2 hours and we were able to cross the border. So thankful for the team at Brighton Eggert Pharmacy! Highly recommend!

Owner is money hungry and gready. Used to be a good pharmacy but they get offended they can't count, or maybe since the owner filled it he's enjoying them! Thanks Buddy! He gladly added the 3 pills missing back in. The more I scroll seems to be a trend with Don yelling at women. Also a trend in complaints since 2020. That's when I noticed Don's attitude change. The week my father died I needed an emergent refill on my anxiety medication and don screamed through the entire store that I was abusing my *****, even though my doctor personaly called him. I told him about my dad crying he apologized

I called for Covid 19 PCR test my test wasn’t there from Walgreens did it on Wednesday 72 hours later had to cross the border called them and Spoke to Teresia super helpful assisted me in filling my form over the phone was they stop at 3.30pm I was reaching driving from Atlanta told her would be there at 3.45pm said no problem she will assist and I was actually in and out in 7 min!!! I strongly recommend them excellent and thank you for it in 1 hour in my email.

I’ve been coming into your store for many years, the pharmacy staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the gift department of the store very cute items and the bills section is AMAZING! The entire staff at the store is always so cheerful and friendly but can I just say I believe her name is Nicky? Vicky maybe? Is such a little doll, always so happy, always smiling and always helpful. She’s such a sweet heart, great employee Brighton eggert!
