Contacted Anita Zimmerman before my commercial lease at my current space was going to expire so I would have time to check out some new options before deciding whether to sign a new lease or moved to a new space. She was rude and dismissive and explain that she did not have time to help. since then, when I consider moving to a new space if I see her as a listing agent for a space I'm interested in, I look elsewhere.
