During your chiropractic adjustment at either of our Middletown Chiropractor locations, you can expect a thorough consultation and examination to determine the cause of your symptoms.
At Living Harmony, we use the Erchonia PL - Touch and the XLR8 units to accelerate healing inside the body. These lasers are FDA approved. The units produce red light in the 635 nm wavelength. During your visit, a typical treatment time is 5 minutes to each involved region. As the light photons hit your cells, the mitochondria are stimulated to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
Massage and Chiropractic work synergistically. Massage allows the body to relax by relieving muscle tension that in turn allows your chiropractic adjustment to be more effective. Not only will it allow you to get a better adjustment, but it will also allow your body to hold that adjustment for a longer period of time.
At Living Harmony, we believe in a holistic approach to managing our everyday wellness. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to manage ailments in a safe and natural way. Essential oils influence your natural body functions to work efficiently by bringing balance on a cellular level. They support healthy cellular apoptosis and they are powerful when it comes to reducing stress and releasing toxins within the body.

Dr Skordos has done an amazing job listening to my needs, getting me in quickly, and working on what really would help me feel best. Highly recommended. Dr Allman has treated me and several members of my family for years. He is professional, friendly, and his treatment works. Dr. Allman is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, friendly, quick, easy to get appointments with, and in a nice facility. My neck had been grinding for ages and I was in so much pain - in one appointment I was feeling NO pain! I continued to go to him throughout my pregnancy (with twins!) - his table was adjustable for my belly and he provided some serious relief for me then. Now that the babies are born, all three of us go! He sees babies up to 1 year old for FREE! He said he just likes to do that so babies/kids are used to him by the time they're a little older.
