Services
We pride ourselves on creating an environment that is fun, educational, safe, and empowering. It's a requirement that everybody leave their ego at the door. What we practice is a martial art and can be dangerous, if not downright lethal. However, if practiced correctly, it can be playful while still being intense and challenging.

Recently marked a year of my son being with the gym in Saint cloud. He has evolved so much in all aspects of his Jiu-Jitsu and boxing. He is guided by amazing trainers the push him to be better everyday. It shows also in his confidence. I wish that we got him in sooner.

I absolutely love this gym, and the people who run it. They are very family oriented, and make you feel like a part of the team from the very beginning. At first I was super nervous for my first class, but Anthony and Ryan made me feel like I was right at home. I would definitely recommend this place! They also offer other great classes too; like Saturday Yoga, boxing, wrestling, and no gi. Check them out 😊

I have been training here over the summer and cant believe not only the quality of equipment and training area but also the coaches. Wether I was weight training or rolling around on the mats, coach Falatico made sure my movements were technical and effective while also, providing the support to complete some challenging workouts. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn any of a large group of fight sports or anyone who simply wants to practice their skills in a clean and supportive gym.

Best decision I’ve made for me and my family! Both my son and my daughter attend Jiu Jitsu, Boxing , and Wrestling. My husband and I both practice jiu jitsu together, with the patience of the coaches and the unity of the other students I’m comfortable enough to attend classes myself. To me that’s a big deal being a woman! They truly make you feel welcome and family oriented.

My son and I started taking classes here..immediately after, we signed mu daughter up..and then my husband. The owners and instructors are AWESOME. They really instill a feeling of belonging and that anyone can learn- even as a stay at home mom with NO martial arts experience. I am learning, and I am so happy we joined. Everyone is nice and helpful!

After moving to St. Cloud over a year again, I wanted to put my boys into BJJ. I asked around for something local and found three choices. After reading the reviews of all three, I settled on Whitehouse.
Not only did I enroll my 3 boys (7, 7 & 4), but I started coming as well. Anthony is a great teacher. He is patient with the kids and a good teacher. He takes he time to explain techniques and principles of BJJ with the kids. I’ve seen my boys grow in knowledge and maturity as they learn to follow directions and learn new skills.
I’ve also been very happy with my coaching here at Whitehouse

We have been coming to The White House for jiu-jitsu for about 18 months and we love it here!! It’s been the best thing for my daughter because she is getting some REALLY GOOD exercise, she is a lot more disciplined since starting, and her self-confidence has absolutely sky-rocketed!!

I travel as a military contractor for a living and have trained all over the country. This gym is hands down my favorite other than my own. I decided to drop in and train during my vacation this past summer. We started with a No BS quick tempo to warmups and then went straight into technique. Attention to detail is the theme at WHBJJ with their technique as we paired up and drilled through all of the techniques. My drilling partners were all respectful and give and take critique well.
