Really rude lady making home med deliveries. Rolls her eyes, acts very annoyed that she has to make any sort of effort in the delivery. I told her my door bell doesn’t work and she said “I heard it ring.” Why would I lie about this she is crazy and shouldn’t be working as a delivery person if she has that little patience and lack of customer service skills.

No one wears a mask and El Paso is currently surging. I am a registered ICU nurse. I went in looking for information regarding getting my children vaccinated. I saw that none of the staff was wearing a mask. They are vaccinated unvaccinated people and children… it makes me wonder what other protocols are not followed properly pertaining to storage and vaccine administration. Please do not go into that pharmacy if you are not FULLY vaccinated. It is very sad to see this.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I wish I could give it less. My Dr called in my prescription on Friday morning. They called me back at 3pm to let me know that they couldn’t make it until I paid for it. Went to pay for it and they told me it couldn’t be done till Monday because it was too late and they don’t work weekends. I was ok. Then Monday morning came and they called me to update my address. They didn’t tell me anything about my prescription until I asked if it was ready. They informed me again that they couldn’t make it until I paid for it in which I already had on Friday. They told

Decided to frequent a local pharmacy, but they didn't have my medication ready when they said they would. I returned several times, but they still didn't have it ready. Initially I was a little upset & determined not to ever return. If it weren't for Joe the pharmacist, I probably wouldn't. He owned up to their mistake & made it right. His customer service skills are outstanding!

My family has been filling prescriptions here for over a decade and we have never received poor service. The employees are professional and friendly. Their services are efficient and friendly. They have gone out of their way to help me with a problem I encountered with filling a prescription. I will be doing business with Advant-Edge Pharmacy as long as I can. Unlike the big nation wide pharmacies, I am treated as a welcome and valued customer, not as just another faceless person.

It lacks organization and communication. The staff does not know what the other does.They lost my prescription. Without my authorization, they mailed my script back to my doctor. No one took the courtesy to call me to let me know that it was going to be mail and why it was mailed. The pharmacist apologized for the confusion. He said that if the has to send someone to get another script he will do it. It was a lie. I have to go by my doctors office who is between 50 to 60 miles from my home. Then I have to wait close to an hour to get another script. Don't take your scripts to this place. It seems

I began visiting this pharmacy when my father was dying of cancer. I would go pick up his medication and every single time I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. I have had to visit this pharmacy in the last two days to pick up medication for myself. Once again, friendly staff, very helpful, impeccable customer service. I have decided to make Advantage pharmacy my new pharmacy for all my medications.
