I went to get my med (suppository) the girl on the driver thru got upset with me because I didn’t have her the right amount. Then he send me a gentleman to give me the med, he ask me if I wanted him to give me the instructions, which I said no thanks , he threw the med on the window table , very rude . 😣

I had to go to urgent care because I was feeling terrible. I called and asked if they could assist with my medicine for the first time because I didn't feel like waiting at Walgreen's. I went in, they were super friendly and had all my medicine ready in 5 minutes. I have switched permanently to this pharmacy. Great costumer service!

When Medtime first opened, the employees were kind, willing to help, & the experience was always pleasant. I was grateful to find a personable pharmacy as opposed to the likes of Walgreens; but for some time now, the experience is not the same. The employees are not attentive or willing to help, and in fact, seemed almost bothered to assist you as if you are impeding on them. As it is, many times people are ill and don't feel well, so to have to deal with attitude is the icing on the cake. I don't know why there has been such a drastic change, but I can guarantee they will begin to lose customers
