Pierce is a fantastic company! In a growing industry of people trying to push a product rather than maintaining what you have, these folks really do their best to help you out without playing the scare tactic sale game other large companies do. I've had a number of small repairs done through them and after 4 different quotes, came to them for new HVAC system when the time came. Paul is very knowledgeable and down to earth, and the customer service sets the bar for other companies I will deal with in the future. Their prices easily beat out any practical competitors by hundreds for the system I

Very impressed! Called on a Thursday, they were able to come out the next day but we had to work so we scheduled it for today (Monday) in the afternoon. They called and said when they'd be here within a thirty minute window and they showed up within that window. Reasonably priced, the sweetest receptionist and a very friendly repair man. We will be calling them for all of our HVAC needs!

Excellent customer service. For me, that goes a very long way. I would highly recommend this company because of their professional, warm and friendly customer service. My air-conditioning broke for the third summer in a row and the first two summers, I called a different company to come out and fix it. All they would do was add refrigerant to a leaking air conditioning unit. When the gentleman from Pierce came out to assess my problem, he let me know that there was a small leak that needed to be patched and that I also needed refrigerant. Getting an HVAC system repaired yearly becomes quite pricey

We contacted 5 HVAC companies and got quotes from 3. Pierce stood out as the clear choice as they provided excellent guidance on unit sizing and selection and had the best prices with top line brands like Carrier. When we started basement renovation, we needed additional registers, and work, we called Pierce and they came out promptly for an estimate. They are friendly, professional, on time and clean - they put down sheets on our floors and carpets during the installation. I would highly recommend Pierce Heating AC Company for any HVAC work!
