Read great reviews here on google so we called when our AC didn't work. They came out and diagnosed and then never came or called back. When I called to find out what was happening, they told me "We'll have someone call you tomorrow". Of course that didn't happen. Suffice to say we found a different contractor.

When we first bought our place 15 years ago, the heat pump was on its last legs. Being new to the area, when it finally bit the dust, I had no alternative but to pick someone out of the phone book. Luckily for me, that someone was K&M.
It was hot as hell out, but K&M came out the same day we called & by the very next day we had a new heat pump installed & the rest of our system inspected, with detailed maintenance instructions provided. And even though they didn't know us from Adam - when

The receptionist is quite rude. Your first impression with a company is when the phone is answered... and with this company it is poor from the start. She is short and argumentative. We had a scheduled appointment, called the morning of the appointment and she acted bothered when asked for a ballpark time frame. We canceled the appointment and will certainly not refer to any one in the area.
