Quiet Graphics was able to score my wedding place cards excellently and were able to get the job done sooner than expected. But here are 3 instances of poor service by one of their employees which made me waste time when I needed the cards to be done in a timely fashion.
1. I brought in wedding place cards on a USB and formatted the cards to be cut and scored on a standard size sheet (8.5 × 11) of cardstock. The employee told me that they didnt have card stock in the standard size and told me that I had to redo the formatting to fit the custom size of cardstock that the store had in stock. When
