Horrific! I'm a healthcare worker and my car was towed while I was taking care of a patient in an in home setting. No signs on the streets stating don't park here after 12:00 AM. Just got off a 13 hour shift and work a 14 hour shift tonight. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh and on top of that you clowns never answer the phone even during business hours that are posted on your gate. If I could give you negative stars I would.

This was one of the rudest companies I have ever dealt with. My friends car was towed from the rodeo grounds because another car was in our designated permitted parking spot so she parked next to it and even left her contact info in case she needed to move it. When we arrived at the storage lot to get her vehicle no one answered the gate bell and when we called we were told that we needed to fax a copy of the insurance card even though the insurance card was in the vehicle. They made her pay $191.00 cash , she gave them $200 and they had no change., a truck was waiting to bring another vehicle

Well we called roadside assistance and they contacted PRIME TIME TOWING to to tow our truck . We requested a flatbed truck and was told the driver would be there soon it took 2 hours for him to get there. Only to discover he came in a regular tow truck . We told him we requested a flatbed tow truck . The driver begins to say naw i can tow this truck with this my truck can tow a ton . So called and spoke with Barbara who claims to be the owner. She said i will wait for my driver to call me. So i trusted the tow truck driver who was very disrespectful to tow our vehicle since this is what he does

This company is an absolute joke!!! I have been waiting 2 hours and counting for service. The company or dispatcher will not inform you of updates. They will not pick up their "business" phone. They should actually care about their customers instead of trying to get an easy buck. I do not recommend this place of business to anyone. It has completely made my day the worst. Prime time WILL NOT get to you in time.
