I have AAA so I originally called them since it would be a free tow - long story short I sat there for 5 hours (when the original quoted time was 1.5 hours at most). I called several times with promised contact back and received none. Finally they tell me on the 6th call I made that their original tow driver declined the tow and they did not reschedule a new driver or even inform me of this on any of the previous calls.
I called MBC Towing and had a driver out to to me within 15 minutes. He was very nice, professional, prompt, and the tow price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this
