My boyfriends’ nurse Sarah is the best ever. She works well with him and I and his mom adore her. Pay raise for her! OT (Nancy) and PT are a different story….OT said “you’ll never be able to do that” repeatedly. Boyfriend is 34 years old with spinal cord injury. I spoke with clinical manager yesterday (9/7/21) and she was appalled by the way she spoke to him and with me via text. If it weren’t for Sarah we would be finding a different company. Serena ianother nurse is great too as is Miranda PT.

My entire experience with Apollo has been frustrating. I can’t rate their care as my mother didn’t actually receive the type of care she needed but their customer service and follow through is sadly lacking. My 93 yo mother was referred to Apollo for physical therapy. After receiving notification that her insurance authorized care, it took 4 phone calls to get her first appointment scheduled.
Trying to get someone to answer the phone At Apollo is nearly impossible, twice I got the “after hours” recording during their business hours. It states leave a message for a call back, but no one

Trupti, Manali and Grace was assigned to my case the same day I ask for assistance care. Trupti and Manali came to access my case , they are the best. My therapist Grace is excellent and very caring, even though she knew that I had just had knee replacement, she told me in such a caring way that there will be a lot of pain involved and she’s here to help me through it. It’s been 2 1/2 months n I’m doing great healing , thanks Grace for helping me through this healing.I really appreciate you and wish there was lots more caring therapist like you. Thanks a million.🙏🏿

For the past several months, I have received excellent home care from all involved at Apollo.
My physical therapist Grace has worked with me on both strength and balance. I've seen remarkable improvement and an increased ability to perform what used to seem like easy tasks! We have some way to go with regard to balance but I'm confident that Grace will get me there!
I also can't forget to mention my nurse Mercy. Mercy is a very skilled and caring practitioner. She was integral in making me comfortable with the whole experience.
I am in good hands with the entire team at Apollo and am grateful

DO NOT GO HERE!! IT IS SCAM! YOU DENY THEIR SERVICE AND THEY STILL SEND SOMEONE TO YOUR HOUSE! They then try to deny that they spoke to the patient or a family member! I spoke to GARY on 9/7 that I refuse this service for my father and he still sent someone over on 9/20 stating that he spoke to me that I approved the visit when I didn't! COMPLETE FRAUD AND INSURANCE FRAUD!

Unprofessional, low quality staff, who could not get hired at a real hospital with their poor work ethic, flakey, dishonest, complain about their commute and are awful to patients. Physical Therapists do not properly assess for pain or ask stroke patient where it hurts. Miranda yanked a healing broken arm around and propped Danny on pillows. That is NOT physical Therapy, that is abuse, lazy, neglectful treatment. She treated him like she hated him, and never spoke to him like he was human. She only stayed for 20 minutes. No work ethic. Our last Physical Therapist (with a different company) stayed
