The Vineyards Healthcare Center has skilled nursing staff to care for our residents' wound care needs including wound dressings, bandage changes and any therapy that may be involved with the residents' injury. Our nurses will work with each resident's physician to implement a custom wound care plan that meets the needs of each individual situation.
A positive and uplifting atmosphere can help set the tone during your stay. At The Vinyards Healthcare Center we employs outgoing and energetic staff to create our social programs and activities. We like to specialize activities to match the capabilities and needs of each of our residents. This also can have a powerful impact in the healing process.

I cannot thank The Vineyards enough for all the great care they provided to my grandmother back in August! She’s back to where she was before fracturing her hip and always comments how much therapy helped her and still uses the advice they gave her to this day! I highly recommend Vineyards to anyone looking for rehabilitation for their loved ones
