I don't know if this a one time thing or what but recently used Inspect-It 1st for inspection prior to buying a home and had a terrible experience. The company was referred to us by our realtor so we decided to use them, but sadly we should of done a little more research. After their "thorough" inspection, they informed us for how old the home was, it was in decent shape and that little to no repairs were needed.
