As Owner of Apogee Home Inspections, LLC, I have the knowledge and expertise from real world construction and design experience to spot problems with materials, installations, assemblies and workmanship that others might miss. Because of this, my inspections are more comprehensive than any other company in the area.
Typical inspections average 4 hours for the field investigation and in some cases can take longer depending on the age and condition of the house. I only stop when the whole house has been inspected, never because of time. I understand that a home purchase can be one of the biggest and most personal investments of your life and strive to make sure you understand the condition of the home.

Services
Whether you are buying or selling an existing home it is a good idea to have a complete home inspection. My home inspections will give you an accurate assessment of the condition of the house. I strongly encourage you to attend the inspection. I feel this is an important part of the process. It gives me the opportunity to explain my procedure and any issues I find on the spot.
Brett was very professional, very polite, and willing to answer and elaborate on any and all questions. He did a very thorough job and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied as his clients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a property inspected. Thank you very much for the thorough home inspection you conducted.

This inspector, Brett James from their website, is completely incompetent. Contradicted himself throughout the entire inspection, quoted code that isn't code for where the property is located and never stated actually what "code" he was referring to. Possibly city code??? Who knows. For whatever reason, chose to crank the heat in the garage up to 80 degrees and left it there. That was discovered multiple days later. The report itself had multiple spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors as if a middle schooler wrote it. I could go on and on with his mistakes and contradictions
