AVG is a second-generation, family-owned appraisal company founded in 1977 by Len Beliavsky. Since then, we've grown to include multiple offices, an expanding team of professionally trained appraisers, research analysts, and support staff. In the middle of World War II, a young boy named Len Beliavsky arrived on Ellis Island with the American dream alive and well in his heart.
Our team understands that clients' needs are simple: quality work at reasonable prices, supported by excellent communication and documentation throughout the process. The foundation of a high-caliber appraisal is continued communication with our clients. We keep all our clients up to date on their project's progress and make ourselves readily accessible to address any concerns or questions seven days a week.
All AVG projects are performed by experienced, licensed appraisers. Each one is reviewed and signed by the President to ensure the highest level of quality and integrity in the valuation process. Many smaller appraisal firms lack the capacity, resources, or experience with various property types and locations.
