Jocelyn and Michael get 5 + stars for every category. They are patient, compassionate, responsive, knowledgable, and they have your back when needed.
They held my daughter's hand through her first home purchase a few years ago, and they held her hand again through the emotional sale of the property. They listen to your needs, and they truly take care of your best interest.
I would highly recommend them!

Michael and Jocelyn are the best realtors! They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and know exactly how to get the deal done! This is our 2nd time working with Michael and Joselyn, this time as a seller (last time as a buyer). As expected, they both were very professional and on top of everything. The buyer's agent was worthless in this deal, and Michael stepped up to make sure everything was on track. Jocelyn was wonderful with staging ideas as well. Jocelyn and michael are great agents. They made us feel so comfortable from start to finish and we always felt like a top priority. Jocelyn made the house hunting process fun and after 2 houses knew exactly what I was looking for, in fact she sent me a house to view on line and said, "this is the one!" And it was! It was my first experience and they never made me feel rushed. No question was a dumb question and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend!!!

Working with Jocelyn was amazing. I can't emphasize enough how helpful she was during the whole process. She replies to emails, calls and texts promptly. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the areas in the South Bay and of the buying process. As first time home buyers it can be very overwhelming. From the initial looking (condition of homes, future value, schools in the district etc) to making an offer, the negotiation and the emotional roller coaster that buying a home is...Michael and Jocelyn really guided us through each and every step and were there to explain it all, as well as help us through the harder parts...they really went above and beyond at each part of the process. Such a sweet and kind family, it was a pleasure to be around them and go through such a special journey with them!
