Were married at this amazing place back in 1979. The venue was mesmerizing. The people working there gave two crazy kids their undivided attention and what a successful evening it was. Years later people were still reflecting on what a great time everyone had.

We could not have chosen a better spot to have our wedding. Mike and his team are just incredible - so accommodating, so responsive, and so easy to work with. They guided us through the whole process (even amidst a global pandemic), and we felt like they really cared about our event and making it as special as possible... which it was! We do not have enough positive things to say about the Chateau Ritz. Book your event here - you will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I just got married this past weekend and amazing would be an understatement. Too many people only leave comments for bad service but I have to give credit where it's due. Everyone at Chateau Ritz was great but Mike truly went above and beyond to make our wedding night perfect. He is extremely attentive and patient and even willing to jump behind the bar when they need an extra hand. We could not be more thankful, thanks again everyone!

Fantastic venue. Held our wedding here for ~200 people last week and Chateau Ritz did not disappoint. Great food, ambiance and location. The fully decorated venue looked really REALLY good and every step of the process, leading up to the big day, was complemented by a very competent staff who was always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. Had a sweet 15/16 for my Daughters set up to be taking place at the end of October,when in March we put down 2,000$ to lock in our date and the COVID-19 hit so we waited like everyone else to see what would happen being that our next payment wasn't due till May well May came we spoke to the owner and explained the situation that now unfortunately due to the pandemic my kids no longer wanted to celebrate their sweet 15/16 scared no one who'd show up and being that we were going to spend a lot of money on this occasion we agreed with them but they told

At the Seif Nabil concert, 3/6/2020, venu was horrible. Worst I have been at ! The singers were fine . But starting with VIP section was horrible it you were not on first three tables. It was a scam. When asked to move to cheaper tables managers were no help. Food was horrible , old rice soup. Rotten lettuce and cucumbers on salad. When asked walked in not a good setup. While signing lights were in your eyes you can hardly see. Security guard acted like he was president with 10 people surrounding him throughout whole concert and you can hardly see anything because of security guard blocking view

What an amazing place to be! I had my bridal shower here and everyone was so sweet. Rina is the lady I dealt with along with Mike and another lady with blonde hair in the office for the tasting. It's a family run banquet and it feels like that too! The servers were also very nice violet and Marta. They were very attentive. The place looked beautiful. Too bad they were booked for my wedding date but I'm glad I had my bridal shower here!

Let us start off by saying that Claudia and her staff are amazing. They went above and beyond with their service, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. From the moment we first walked into the Chateau Ritz, Claudia was very welcoming and answered any questions that we had. We knew from the moment we walked out on our first visit that this would be our venue. This Banquet has been around since I can remember always drove by and wondered how come i haven't been there with all the weddings baptisms that I ve been to. The day finally came when you look at the place you expect elegance, tasty food and great service. Honestly this place is truly amazing! It will make your special day to be a fairytale. As soon as you walk in you can sense the aristocratic atmosphere. I was there for a bridal shower the staff was amazing. Some of the guests on our table were vegan and they accommodate them with an amazing plate really quick. It was a last minute thing

I don't think we could have had everything go so smoothly the entire process if it wasn't for the AMAZING staff. A HUGE thank you to Claudia, Mike, Jim, and Nick because they are the rockstars that made our night so perfect.
They were incredible in helping with planning and organizing, especially during such a stressful time for a bride/groom. They think of every single thing you need, and are EXTREMELY generous! They have an answer/solution to every question

We had our wedding reception at the Chateau Ritz in November of 2017 and couldn't have been happier about our choice!
The very spacious bridal suite included a full bathroom (separate powder room) with enough room for about 3-4 girls to primp PLUS a whole sitting area big enough for at least 5-6 people comfortably. It was the perfect retreat when we needed a breather between the ceremony and the reception and the best part was that the waitstaff brought us up some food from our cocktail hour! We were starving and that hit the spot.

This is your standard banquet hall, with what seemed like 3 total halls that can host 3 different parties at once. This is exactly what happened when I came here for a wedding last weekend. There were 3 weddings and the lobby was packed a little before 6 pm as no one could enter the banquet halls as they were still getting prepared. Weddings can be stressful, especially if your hosting 700 guests!! Chateau Ritz made the entire process very easy.Their entire staff was amazing, and I would like to especially point out the amazing service we received from Claudia. Claudia went above and beyond to ensure our wedding details were perfect. She was attentive, and took the time to walk us through all the steps. She made our wedding planning easy!

Its gorgeous, with neutral decor and a nice bridal suite.
The food was good, cake is included in the package and service was good.
Overall, I think I would hire them for another event, but depends on who you are dealing with, they may "act up" i.e. make a big deal out of nothing, (moving some tables are requested by our wedding coordinator). The rest seems grandiose and mostly professional. None of our other vendors had any issues delivering items. Yay marriage :)

I had my reception on 10/15/16 and I made the best decision choosing CR. They were so accomodating from beginning to end. I know I emailed sooooo much, but never once were they rude or showed anything but professionalism. Everyone raved about the food and how nice everyone was. For the price, look and accomodations CR should be your only option

Why four star? The place/hall is amazing. The hall can be divided into three smaller hall and if your guest or party is bigger this can be open to some huge hall for weddings or maybe corporate function.
Wedding ceremony can be done here with proper coordination. And the hall have a separate room for the bridal suite and grooms suite! Decoration at the receiving area were great. Chandeliers were not astonishing but good and looks flashy!

Chateau Ritz . I live out of state and they made it so easy for me to plan the wedding from where I am. I can only imagine how easy it is if you live there. Anything I needed they had and more .
