This is a family run business and the daughter is often working! While they are all very friendly and eager to help, I still left feeling cheated and sorely disappointed..
I asked for my formal silk dress to be dry cleaned and the first time the dress got back to me,it had all the stains ( tiny marks) and I was left wondering if they did anything at all...so I gave them a call and they said they were happy to redo which I really appreciated. keep in mind, I had treated any of these stains since I know you are not supposed to treat stains on silk or wash its since it might set the stains..
