Bayside Embroidery first opened its doors in 2007 in South Boston, starting with only a single head embroidery machine. Doing lots of small custom projects, we eventually grew to add six more embroidery heads, a heat press to make patches possible, as well as setting up our own screen printing and digital printing departments.
Printing is a great option for companies and organizations that want a casual, yet uniform look for their team or event. At the same time, it can be a fun way to promote and advertise. We offer traditional screen printing and heat transfer vinyl, as well as stickers and decals. Each method works best in different contexts.
Screen Printing is the highest quality and longest lasting printing option that we have to offer here at Bayside. Once we receive your artwork, our graphic designer will work with you to confirm that the design is the correct size and color. We can accommodate up to 6 colors in your design. Once approved, the final design moves onto our printer, who separates your design by color and creates a unique screen for each one.
Heat transfer are a great option for a number of circumstances. A lower set up cost and minimum order than screen-printing means this method is our go-to for small volume orders. Heat transfers are quicker to produce, and also ideal for rush orders. Colors are not limited, so we can print large numbers of colors, gradients or photographs.
Decal artwork prints as-is, just like a regular printer. Make sure that your art files are high-quality! We recommend sending either vector artwork, or an image resolution of at least 300dpi to size. Our graphic designer will assist you if you have any questions concerning quality and will double check the work to make sure that it will print well.

Kate and the entire team at Bayside Custom Embroidery have been taking care of our embroidery needs for our dental practices. They are responsive and right on point with their work. We have multiple locations and they always do a great job managing the logistics of receiving our materials, getting the work done promptly, and then shipping the items to our various locations. We have done new and repeat business with them dozens of times over the years. Their work is flawless and their customer service is superb.

This is a fantastic shop and staff. They pulled me out of a very tight jam resulting from a shipment getting lost. I had less than 24 hours to turn 108 pieces of individual embroidery for a client event and they pulled it off without single error. When I picked up my merchandise early this morning everything was ready to go and the gentleman thanked me for the opportunity. Crazy good service and quality result. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Connie was amazing! We have been working with her on an embroidery project and at each step was super helpful. We had some bumps in the road with our the vendor providing the sweatshirts and had to send back to Bayside a few times. On top of it all the sweatshirts had to be rushed and overnighted. Connie was so nice during this stressful time for us. AND the embroidery is flawless! Thank you!
