Attorney Charles T. Ganz focuses his practice on criminal defense, representing clients throughout Texas from offices in Houston and Coldspring. When you are facing criminal charges, it may seem like the world is against you. Sometimes, law enforcement and criminal prosecutors will even use unlawful means to try to prove your guilt. With a criminal defense lawyer by your side, you can make sure you receive a fair outcome in your case. My law firm, the Law Offices of Charles T. Ganz, is dedicated to standing up for upstanding citizens who may have found themselves in trouble with the law.
Everyone driving on the freeways in Texas has seen the signs flashing, Drink, Drive, Go to Jail. Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over. In Texas, it is illegal to drive while intoxicated. Intoxicated is typically defined as having a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of.08 or more. The once enforcement slogan and now protocol advertises that having one drink before driving is illegal.
Texas drug laws are harsh for simple possession, first-time offenders and drug dealers alike. A simple possession charge could put you in jail on a felony charge, depending on the drug in question. At the Law Offices of Charles T. Ganz, I work personally with the accused to uphold their rights, potentially reducing or eliminating the charges they face altogether.
Assault and battery fall under the same category in Texas law. Ultimately, assault can range from a serious threat of violence to an actual attack that causes bodily harm to another individual. The communication of a threat can lead to a terroristic threat or harassment charge. Assault is a serious issue.

I can truly say Mr. Ganz is an exceptional attorney. He is not only passionate about what he does, but competent as well. He recently took on some very tough cases for someone very close to me, and the outcomes of everything surpassed my expectations. He handled everything very well and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I was and still am very grateful to have him on my side.
