It was AWSOME !!! Can't thank Alex for all his Help he is so patient and polite for all the questions that I had. He is truly a GREAT asset to the Parkview Community. Zaida is Awesome as well.. Can't wait to spend many, many years there. I just Love the apartment and the deck most of all to enjoy all the nice days to come.

I lived at these apartments for the past year and we decided to relocate for job opportunities. Overall the management team is really great and extremely friendly, I loved how they really tried to bring together the community with seasonal activities, contests, flyers, etc. The property is well maintained and although they are older apartments, the property seems to be updated. My only complaint about the complex is because it is older so is the flooring, there
the overhead neighbors can be heard walking/running/ jumping, so take that into consideration when getting lower level apartments. Otherwise

I’m a current resident 2+ yrs and so enjoy my apt at Parkview. The staff are so friendly and polite professionals. They’re timely on repairs and do with a smile, and always so willing to help in whatever way they can. The pet friendly accommodations are a super plus as well as their other amenities. The grounds maintenance is on point and always clean. I highly recommend Parkview and so appreciate the staff. Thank you!

I've been here for 3 years, the maintenance team are always available, pleasant, polite and experienced. The pool area, parking lot, lawn, building maintenance and grounds are always kept up and maintained. Quite neighborhood, clean and well lite outside. Plus happy wife happy life. She sees something she addresses it with the office it gets taken care of. Happy 🏡 home.

I have lived at Parkview for almost a year now, I really love the newly renovated apartment, the pool was always kept clean over the summer. When I had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of in a timely manor. The only down fall is I wish there was more than two washers and dryers in a building. I plan on renewing my lease, I feel safe and feel any issues are taken care of!
