If I could give it a zero I would! This place is disgusting. It’s old, full of bed bugs and roaches. The owners are rude!
Side note: The owners commented due to an eviction. But we are not getting a evicted. Our lease is up so they are not renewing it so that’s fine. Ask any resident there, they will say they were lied to. There is no “lounge” as they say when walking the place. The showroom they show you is not like the rooms they sell. Ask to see a current room on the 3rd floor and up. "Nice building"

Great new renovations definitely bringing new life to the downtown area. Management was really friendly and helpful. I was really nervous about relocating being that I'm from New York also a new student at Post University. Management made it really easy for me they definitely gave me the resources I needed to start my new life here. I love my new apartment so warm and cozy not to mention all utilities are included ! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
