Yoav is a sketchy business man. Do not trust him or his team. Mold was present and he sent his guys in to remove the traces they could find and act like they did not see it. Then he forced a HVAC employee to lie and go back on what he originally said. Somehow the unit was then blocked off for months for some mystery reason... Do not go into business with these guys. He'll resort to any shady tactics whatsoever.

They are nice when you are a prospective tenant, but once you are in your last month they refuse to respect your privacy. They pressure you to let people walk through your place even if you don’t want them to. All you mean to them is rent. I told them my daughter has COVID and they still brought people to the house to show it anyway while my daughters was in bed sick. I paid them on time every month and they just disrespected me like my life don’t matter and to be honest whoever does business with them they life don’t matter either
