There are some cases in which orthodontic treatments are either too late or the malocclusion (crooked teeth) are too severe to be treated with Invisalign. Neo team has an excellent understanding of mouth and tongue structure. We're three months in with three different kids. Neo provides ways to encourage adherence to their program. Their staff is friendly, helpful and good with our kids. I'm a strong believer in proper tongue placement and oral/jaw development, have begun seeing incremental changes in my kids and look forward to the long term outcomes.

NEO New Early Orthodontics has been incredible. In just 2 months we have seen a HUGE improvement in our 8-year-old’s smile! The staff has been very helpful and so nice to work with. If I could give this less than one star, I would. I've had several kids go through traditional orthodontics. I thought I'd go this route with my youngest. The plus for us was only having to wear the device at night. We were given a mouth guard type of device and 6 months later a different one. All face time appts in between with one in person. They did nothing! I paid thousands of dollars for no service, just a one size fits all glorified football mouth guard. My new dentist said my daughters teeth were worse bite wise than when she started and advised us to stop using the device immediately

I love going to NEO Orthodontics! The atmosphere in the building is super positive and nice. They work so hard to eliminate the need for braces with your child, and they do a great job at it. Their points rewarding program is a great way to motivate children to wear their equipment and get prizes for it. You can redeem your points at a 100 - $10 ratio, so if you have 400 points, you can get a $40 gift card to any major store. This office was recommended by our dentist for my 4 year old. We love this place and feel lucky to have found it! The entire staff is professional, friendly and are great with little ones. My daughter is excited to go to her appointments and loves the rewards program! She actually likes doing her exercises! I am amazed at the progress we are already seeing even though we have been going there a short time. I highly recommend this office!

I'm actually not a patient here, but I do have braces. I had an incident where a bracket broke and I was calling around to find someone who could help me with the extra wire that was poking the inside of my mouth. Most other places said they coudlnt help. I spoke to Bri and I explained my situation and she said she would absolute be happy to help. I came in the next day around noon time which they should of been on lunch but got me in quick and help me clip the wire. She was a life saver. The facility itself was actually very modern and I believe the fact that Bri would help me even though
