Cumberland Crossing is quickly heading downhill. The management don't seem to care anymore or keep things nice. Maintenance staff is very slow, It took 14 days for the maintenance staff to show up after multiple requests were submitted. After long wait they make temporary fixes and closes the requests.

Can’t stand this place. Office staff is LAZY. Anytime you have a concern, they’ll totally ignore you. Units are DISGUSTING and outdated. Mold in bathrooms. Sewage smell every week. 80% of the renters here are indescribably disgusting. Children run around like rabid animals and the office ignores it. You tell them exactly who the troublemakers are and they don’t care. Dog owners leave their dog waste around, but I don’t blame them because maintenance hardly ever cleans the dog waste bins. Lights in parking lots by buildings 10-80 have been out for months. Nothing gets done. It’s like living

Tired of those misbehaving brats.Their screaming, running inside apartments, slamming doors, chasing each other up and down the stairs, always startle me and agitate my furry kids. Not to mention, the ceilings are extremely thin. Some day these brats are gonna fall through and right in front of my dogs. I can't stop wondering why people have children if they don't care to educate them? Luxury apartment? Definitely not. Luxury prices? Absolutely yes.

Drove by at the beginning of July. Many dumpsters were full and that's not the perfect image for a potential tenant. According to the few tenants I have talked to, this is far from being a peaceful place. Children are screaming at the top of their lungs until midnight, doors slamming, running up and down the stairs. Maybe the child protective service should be involved because there are no parents to educate their progeny. As I drove by, I could hear children screaming like caged animals throughout the property. The buildings are unkempt, checked up a couple of stairwells just to get an idea, trash

I have been living at Cumberland Crossing for over 3 years now. The office staff is pleasant and very professional. When I switched apartments they made the transition effortless. The maintenance staff is second to none. They respond immediately to any request for maintenance. Your trash is picked up at your door Sunday thru Thursday and you have access to the dumpsters 24/7. It is a bit on the pricey side but what you get for your money makes it well worth it.

Hello, I do not live here, I live close, I go By frequently, I have Cumberland Crossing Listed as places close to where I live..on my listing of places to pick to add to my Post.. We've only been here a couple of months so we haven't experienced everything as yet. The apartment is lovely, and the staff has been great. We only had 2 small maintenance requests and they were corrected almost instantly. Snow removal is in a timely manner so we can go right to work on bad days, which is amazing. The gym is handy as is package pickup. If everything continues to go well I will up my review to love, love, love....Plus we get Colette to goof with in the office!
